These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between DentalOnePlus ("we", "us") and the clinic, college or organisation that creates an account ("you", "the Customer") for using DentalOnePlus (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. The Service
DentalOnePlus is cloud software for managing dental clinics and dental colleges — including patient records, appointments, billing, communication, imaging and related tools. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve, change or add features over time; we will not remove a core feature you are paying for during your paid period without offering a reasonable alternative.
2. Accounts and users
- You must give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for everyone who uses your account (owner, staff, doctors, students) and for keeping passwords safe. Tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
- The number of staff logins and doctors depends on your plan. The owner login is not counted as staff.
3. Trials, plans and payment
- Free trials give access to the features of the chosen plan for the trial period. At the end of the trial the account becomes read-only until a plan is purchased.
- Paid plans are billed yearly in advance, plus GST, through our payment partner. Prices shown at the time of payment apply to that period; renewal prices may change, and we will show the current price before you renew.
- Upgrades, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- If a plan expires, the account becomes read-only after any grace period shown in the app. We do not delete your data because a plan expired.
4. Your data
- You own your data. All patient and clinic records you enter remain yours.
- You give us permission to store, process, back up and display your data only as needed to provide and support the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to record and share your patients' information (for example when sending messages or sharing X-rays with patients), and for complying with medical record-keeping laws that apply to you.
- You can export your data at any time. On written request after your account ends, we will delete your data, except records we must keep by law.
5. Clinical responsibility
The Service is a management and documentation tool. It does not provide medical or dental advice. Clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of qualified professionals. Features such as image-quality checks, AI assistance and measurements are assistive only; radiographic measurements are accurate only when correctly calibrated and must be verified clinically.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: break the law or anyone's rights using the Service; upload malicious code; try to access other customers' data or bypass security or plan limits; resell or copy the Service; send spam or unsolicited messages through connected channels; or use the Service in a way that harms it or other users.
7. Third-party services and hardware
Some features rely on third parties — for example WhatsApp (Meta), email providers, Razorpay, AI providers and X-ray sensor software or drivers. Their own terms apply, and we are not responsible for their availability or changes. Sensor and scanner compatibility depends on the device and its software and should be tested at your clinic; we will help you with setup.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but the Service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. Support is provided through the channels listed on our website, according to your plan.
9. Suspension
We may suspend access (making the account read-only) if payment is not received, if these Terms are seriously breached, or if needed to protect the Service or other customers. Where possible we will give notice first. Suspension does not delete your data.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, logo and content belong to us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Feedback you share may be used to improve the Service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as loss of profit, goodwill or data caused by events outside our reasonable control). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or content and data you upload without the right to do so.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The current version will always be on this page, and we will notify account owners of material changes. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered office city will have exclusive jurisdiction.
